It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.

Yes, subject to the route and courier availability. A transfer between two covered addresses is priced like any other delivery, from both addresses plus the package size and weight, and Cargaroo confirms the delivery window before you pay. Regular transfers between the same branches can be set up through a business quote.

Yes. Small businesses and e-commerce sellers can price a one-off delivery instantly online, with no account. Several customers on one run can go on one booking as extra stops, each priced by the distance from the previous stop (from $5 before HST for one up to 5 km away), and Cargaroo confirms the total before you pay. For regular runs, a business quote sets out your schedule, and monthly volume discounts (5% at 5–9 deliveries a month, 10% at 10–24, 15% at 25–49) are applied on the monthly invoice for approved accounts.

The offer is for new recurring business clients who set up a scheduled route or regular pickups, not one-time deliveries. Each of the three free deliveries is a standard local delivery: up to 10 km of actual driving distance, one pickup and one drop-off, and a parcel up to 22 lb. Cargaroo has to confirm your recurring arrangement and route eligibility before you book one. Add-ons and surcharges are charged separately, the offer can’t be combined with other offers, the limit is three per client business, and all three must be completed by December 31, 2026, when the offer ends.
