It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.
Is Cargaroo a cheap delivery service?
Yes. A delivery up to 5 km costs $5 and up to 10 km costs $10, before HST, with the first 22 lb included. You see your price online before you book.
What is a cheap way to send several packages?
Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, with the first 22 lb included. For different drop-offs, each extra stop is priced by the distance from the previous stop, so a stop 3 km away adds just $5 and one 8 km away adds $10, before HST. How much does a courier cost in Toronto?

How much does rush or express courier delivery cost?
Rush (express) adds 40% to the delivery rate, with a $10 minimum, before HST. It may be available depending on the route, the package and courier availability.
How can I keep a courier delivery affordable in Toronto?
Choose standard same-day, book weekday pickups between 8 AM and 6 PM, and pick the package size that fits. Sending often? Monthly volume discounts save 5% to 15% on the monthly invoice for approved accounts.
Is HST included in your courier rates?
No. Our rates are in Canadian dollars before HST. Where HST applies, it shows as its own line in your price.
Do you charge more for evenings, weekends or holidays?
Yes. Pickups before 8 AM or from 6 PM add 35% ($20 min.). Weekends and Ontario statutory holidays add 25% ($15 min.). Holiday surcharges are confirmed by Cargaroo before you pay. We are open Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM ET.
How far will you deliver from Toronto?
Anywhere in Ontario, up to 500 km by road. Toronto to Hamilton (about 68 km) starts at $73, before HST. If no address is in our service areas, the distance is counted from Toronto. Availability is confirmed for each route.
