Healthcare Delivery in Toronto for Clinics and Labs
Healthcare runs on supplies and paperwork arriving when they’re needed. A clinic runs short before its next supplier order, a second location needs stock moved across town, or a signed form must reach another office today. Those local gaps are where a medical courier earns its place.
Cargaroo provides time-sensitive delivery for clinics, labs, pharmacies and healthcare offices. The booking tool estimates the price from your addresses, package details and delivery speed. Nothing is charged when you submit: we review the request and confirm the delivery window and final price before you pay.

Check before you book
Special Handling Is Agreed Before Pickup
Most medical deliveries are straightforward: a sealed box of supplies or an envelope of documents. Some items need a conversation before booking, not after the courier arrives.
- Temperature-sensitive or perishable items. Perishable items must be declared at booking. Describe how the item must be kept and we’ll tell you whether we can take it.
- Lab materials. Tell us exactly what’s in the package and how it’s packed. Hazardous materials are not accepted.
- Pharmacy orders. Confirm the pickup, the recipient and any handling needs with us first.
- Fragile or high-value equipment. Declare it when you book, since it may require special handling.
- Signature at drop-off. We get a signature at drop-off for every delivery. Need proof? We can send you a scanned copy of the signature by email or WhatsApp. If no one is there to sign, we call the recipient, then you. We don’t leave a delivery without a signature unless you or the recipient tell us to. Any re-delivery, return or additional charges must be confirmed for your booking.

Coverage
Medical Courier Coverage in Toronto & the GTA
Clinics, labs and pharmacies can book pickups and drop-offs in Toronto (including North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke), Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga and Brampton.
Routes between healthcare hubs
Healthcare deliveries criss-cross the region: the hospital district on University Avenue, medical office buildings at Yonge and Eglinton, and clinic plazas in Scarborough, Mississauga and Markham all sit inside our coverage.
A Toronto clinic sending stock to its Vaughan location is priced on the actual driving route. Addresses elsewhere in Ontario are priced instantly too, by distance, counted from Toronto when no address is in the covered areas.

Regular Supply Runs Between Sites
Request a business quote with just your name and number, and we call you back within minutes to ask how often you send (daily, weekly, monthly or a custom schedule), how many stops are involved, your preferred time window and your typical package details. The route, schedule and pricing are agreed before the first run. Ask us about business invoicing.
Medical Courier FAQs
View All FAQsDo I have to pay $5 for every package, even if I have 10?
It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.
Can you deliver medical supplies the same day in Toronto?
Yes, subject to availability. Same-day capacity depends on the pickup location, destination and courier schedule, so book as early as you can. For anything urgent, request express in the price tool, and we’ll confirm the window and any express charge before you pay.
Do you deliver prescriptions for pharmacies?
Yes. We deliver prescriptions and pharmacy orders for pharmacies in the covered areas. Before booking, tell us what the order contains, the pickup and drop-off details and any handling requirements so we can confirm them. Hazardous or prohibited goods are not accepted.
Can you carry lab samples or items that need refrigeration?
Temperature-controlled delivery can be arranged on request: tell us when you book, and we confirm it before you pay. Describe the item, how it’s packed and how it must be kept, and we’ll confirm whether we can handle it. Perishable items must be declared and special handling agreed before collection. Hazardous materials are not accepted.
How should we package patient records for pickup?
Seal records in an opaque envelope or box addressed to a named person or department, and keep patient names off the outside label. Have a staff member ready to hand it over, and add any reception or receiving-desk instructions to your booking.
Can you deliver a medical certificate or form to a patient’s home?
Yes. Healthcare documents and medical certificates can go to an office or a home address in the covered areas. Seal the document in an envelope addressed to the recipient, and add the unit or buzzer number and a phone number for them when you book. Price it in the instant price tool; the delivery window and final amount are confirmed before payment.
Can you deliver to a hospital or a large medical building?
Hospital and medical-building addresses inside our coverage can be booked like any other drop-off, subject to availability. Big campuses often send couriers to a receiving area or reception, so include the building name, department, floor or suite and a named contact who can accept the package, plus any loading or reception instructions. Special access requirements must be confirmed when you book.
