It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.

We serve Toronto, including North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke, plus Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga and Brampton. Routes elsewhere in Ontario, up to 500 km by road, are priced instantly by distance, counted from Toronto when no address is in these areas. Yes, you can request pickup in one covered city and drop-off in another, such as Toronto to Mississauga or Vaughan to Markham. Enter the full addresses in the delivery calculator. The estimate uses the driving route; timing and availability are confirmed for your specific delivery.

Pickup, drop-off and every extra stop must be in Ontario, on a route up to 500 km by road. Routes in the covered cities listed on this page and elsewhere in Ontario are all priced instantly; when no address is in the covered cities, the distance is counted from Toronto. For recurring multi-stop routes, request a business route quote. An instant price does not by itself confirm courier availability.

Yes. For regular collections or deliveries with several stops, send all addresses, delivery days, time windows and package details in a recurring courier route enquiry. We respond within a couple of hours to review the route. Coverage, schedule and pricing are agreed before service begins.

Yes, anywhere in Ontario on routes up to 500 km by road, so Hamilton, Kingston, London and Ottawa addresses can be priced as long as the whole route stays within that limit. Enter the complete pickup address, every destination, package details and requested date for an instant price by distance; for example, a Toronto to Hamilton delivery (about 68 km) starts at $73 before HST. Past 60 km the rate is $55 plus $18 for each further 10 km or part of it, before HST, and Cargaroo confirms the final price before you pay; see our long-distance courier rates. For recurring routes, request a business delivery quote. Addresses outside Ontario are not served.

We are open every day, Monday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-10:00 PM Eastern Time. Evening, weekend and scheduled requests depend on the route and courier availability. Contact Cargaroo with the item-ready time and recipient's deadline so we can confirm a delivery window.

Include the full street address, postal code, unit or suite, building or business name and a reachable contact at each stop. Tell us about loading access, reception or concierge instructions and any time restrictions. Add these details to your courier delivery request; special access requirements must be confirmed.
