Frequently Asked Questions
View All FAQsDo I have to pay $5 for every package, even if I have 10?
It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.
What areas do you deliver to?
We serve Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga and Brampton. Addresses elsewhere in Ontario, up to 500 km, also get an instant price, and we confirm availability for your route before you pay.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Rush delivery may be available depending on the route, package and courier availability. Contact CARGAROO with your pickup and drop-off details so we can confirm the delivery window before booking. The rush charge (40% of the delivery rate, $10 minimum) is shown in your instant price.
How much does same-day delivery cost?
The delivery charge depends on your route, package details, requested service and any additional stops or handling requirements. Get an instant price with your delivery details, starting at $5 before HST for up to 5 km ($10 up to 10 km); we confirm the total price before you pay.
Do you offer recurring business deliveries?
Yes. Contact us with your locations, delivery frequency, typical package details and preferred schedule. We will review your requirements and confirm availability and pricing for your business.
How is my delivery price calculated?
Pricing takes into account the route distance, package size and weight, delivery speed, extra stops and any applicable handling or timing charges. Your delivery details are needed to confirm the total price.
Can I schedule a delivery?
Yes. Let us know your preferred pickup date, time and any required delivery window. Scheduled deliveries are subject to availability and are confirmed with your booking. Contact us for recurring business delivery arrangements.
What packages can I send?
We deliver legal documents, medical supplies, auto parts, print jobs, commercial goods, and general business parcels across Toronto and the GTA. Hazardous or prohibited goods are not accepted.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card checkout uses Square. Available payment options are displayed at the payment step after CARGAROO accepts your delivery request and confirms the price. Contact us about business invoicing. Please do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment information by email or through the contact form.
