No. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST where applicable.

Yes, 200 lb per item. Every size is priced instantly in the delivery calculator. Before HST, Large packages add $12 each, Extra Large packages (bigger than 90 x 60 x 60 cm or over 66 lb) add $24 each, and items over 50 lb add $18 each. Items over 100 lb need a two-person crew (the delivery rate again, $60 minimum).

Rush adds 40% ($10 minimum). Before 8 AM or from 6 PM adds 35% ($20 minimum). Weekends and Ontario holidays add 25% ($15 minimum). Waiting is free for the first 10 minutes, then $1 per minute. Weight over 22 lb is $0.20 per lb. Cargaroo confirms the final price before you pay.

Yes. Choose Scheduled Delivery in the delivery calculator and pick your date and time. Availability must be confirmed. For regular pickups, request a business delivery quote.

Yes. Add every stop in the calculator. Each extra stop is priced at the same distance rates for the drive from the previous stop, so a stop 3 km away adds $5 and one 8 km away adds $10. We confirm availability and the total price before you pay.

Card checkout uses Square. Payment options are shown at the payment step, after Cargaroo accepts your delivery request and confirms the price. Approved business accounts get one consolidated monthly invoice. Please don’t send card numbers or other payment details by email or through the contact form.

Contact us as soon as possible with your booking details. If Cargaroo hasn’t accepted your booking yet, cancelling is free. After that, any charges or refund depend on the service, timing and delivery status, and cancelling may not be possible after pickup. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Same-day availability depends on the pickup, destination and our delivery capacity, so contact us as early as possible. Support hours are Monday to Sunday, 6 AM to 10 PM ET; these are not a guaranteed booking cutoff.

We’re open every day, Monday to Sunday, 6 AM to 10 PM ET. Evening and weekend availability depends on your route and the courier schedule. Before 8 AM or from 6 PM adds 35% ($20 minimum), and weekends add 25% ($15 minimum).

We deliver legal documents, medical supplies, auto parts, print jobs, commercial goods, and general business parcels across Toronto and the GTA. Hazardous or prohibited goods are not accepted.

Dangerous goods, hazardous materials, illegal substances, contraband, or anything prohibited under Canadian federal or provincial law. A single item over 200 lb can’t be booked either.

Your courier is a Cargaroo employee. We hire our own couriers, and every courier goes through a background check.

Yes. Approved accounts get one consolidated monthly invoice. Scheduled routes, multi-stop runs and dedicated drivers are available. Request a business delivery quote.

Yes. Save 5% at 5–9 deliveries a month, 10% at 10–24 and 15% at 25–49. At 50 or more, we set custom pricing with you. Discounts are applied on the monthly invoice for approved accounts, not in the calculator.

New recurring business clients with a scheduled route or regular pickups get their first 3 deliveries free (not for one-time use). Each is a standard local delivery: up to 10 km of driving, one pickup, one drop-off and a parcel up to 22 lb. Add-ons and surcharges are charged separately, and the offer can’t be combined with other offers. No contracts, no commitment.
