Scarborough Courier Service Built Around the 401
Much of Scarborough’s commercial life sits a few minutes from Highway 401: the business parks on Progress and Milner Avenues, the industrial streets around Midland and Ellesmere, Malvern’s Tapscott Road area and the busy plazas of Agincourt. Cargaroo moves what those businesses rely on, from a replacement part for a service bay to boxed stock for a store, plus personal deliveries.
Pricing starts with two addresses. The estimate uses actual driving distance, package size and weight, delivery speed and any extra stops, with no account required. We review every request and confirm the delivery window and final amount before you pay through Square.

What we carry
Sizing a Scarborough Shipment
Size limits apply to each package on its own. If several boxes share the same size and weight, enter the count and the price tool works out the total weight for you.
- Small, up to 11 lb (40 × 30 × 15 cm): contracts leaving a Progress Avenue office
- Medium, 11–33 lb (60 × 40 × 30 cm): a boxed part for a Kennedy Road service bay
- Large, 33–66 lb (90 × 60 × 60 cm): cartons of stock heading out of a Tapscott Road warehouse
- Extra Large: anything heavier or bigger than that, up to 200 lb per item, priced instantly at +$24 per package; weekly loads can go on a business quote
Speed and distance
Same-Day Delivery From Scarborough
Scarborough is wide: a run from Malvern to the Golden Mile can rival a trip downtown. That’s why the estimate follows the real driving route rather than a flat zone. A pickup here can go anywhere in our coverage, whether that’s Markham across Steeles, North York along the 401 or an office downtown.
You choose the speed when you price the run. Standard means same-day delivery within business hours when a courier is available. Express requests a faster, direct-priority run for the part or file that can’t wait, and any express charge is confirmed before you book. Scheduled lets you set a future date and pick from the available time windows.
Every booking comes with a confirmed delivery window.
Scarborough Courier FAQs
View All FAQsDo I have to pay $5 for every package, even if I have 10?
It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.
What helps a courier find a Scarborough plaza or industrial unit?
The unit number and business name, as well as the street address, since many plazas and industrial buildings put several businesses under one number. Add which door to use, a contact who can hand over or receive the item, and any dock hours or reception steps. Special access arrangements are confirmed before the pickup.
Can you deliver from a Scarborough store to a customer’s home?
Yes. Cargaroo serves businesses and individuals, so a store-to-customer delivery is booked like any other run. Add the plaza unit number, the recipient’s name and phone number, and any buzzer or concierge details in the delivery instructions.
Can I send auto parts across Scarborough the same day?
Yes, subject to route, package and courier availability. Enter both shop addresses with the package size and weight for an instant price, and ask about express if the part is urgent. Parts over 66 lb or larger than 90 × 60 × 60 cm are priced instantly too, as Extra Large (+$24 per package, up to 200 lb per item).
Do you deliver from Scarborough to Pickering or Ajax?
Yes, subject to courier availability. Pickering and Ajax are outside our nine covered areas, but routes elsewhere in Ontario get an instant price by driving distance: enter the full pickup address, every destination and the package details in the price tool. For a regular run out east, send a business quote request. Markham and the rest of Toronto are inside our coverage.
What should a Scarborough shop do before sending fragile or high-value items?
Declare them when you book. Fragile, perishable or high-value items may need special handling, and any special handling has to be agreed before pickup. Pack and label each item properly. Liability for loss or damage is subject to Cargaroo’s service terms and limitations, so review the terms and conditions before you pay.
