Courier for Richmond Hill offices
Courier Service in Richmond Hill, From Yonge Street to Highway 404
Richmond Hill is a city of professional offices: law and accounting firms, real estate brokerages, clinics and tech companies, many in Yonge Street plazas or the business parks to the east. What they need moved is usually small and important: a signed closing package, supplies for a branch office or a print order for a client meeting.
Cargaroo handles those runs one at a time or on a schedule. Choose a package size and speed, get an estimate, and we review the route and timing before confirming the price. For tight deadlines, ask about express delivery, which may be available depending on route and courier availability.
- Office-to-office runs within Richmond Hill and out to Toronto, Vaughan or Markham
- Scheduled pickups on a set date and time, subject to availability

Richmond Hill Courier FAQs
View All FAQsDo I have to pay $5 for every package, even if I have 10?
It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.
How long does a courier take from Richmond Hill to downtown Toronto?
There’s no fixed transit time. It depends on the route, your package, the speed you choose and courier availability, and the delivery window is confirmed for your booking before you pay. The area checker shows an estimated driving distance and duration for your route, but that estimate isn’t a confirmed window. On a tight deadline, call us to ask whether express is available.
Can I schedule a Richmond Hill pickup for a later date?
Yes. Choose Scheduled Delivery when you book and enter the date and time you need; we confirm availability for that slot with your booking. If the same pickup repeats weekly or monthly, request a business quote so we can review it as a recurring route.
Can Richmond Hill clinics send medical supplies with you?
Yes. We deliver medical supplies and lab materials when timing matters, and standard deliveries can be booked online. Anything that needs special handling has to be agreed before booking, and hazardous or prohibited goods are not accepted. Our medical courier page explains what to tell us first.
How should I pack a delivery for a Richmond Hill pickup?
Have everything packed and labelled before the courier arrives; you’re responsible for packing, labelling and staying within our size, weight and content limits. Envelopes and small parcels up to 11 lb fit the Small tier. Declare fragile, perishable or high-value items when you book, since they may need special handling, and put the recipient’s name and suite on each label.
What happens after I submit a Richmond Hill delivery request?
Nothing is charged yet. You get a booking reference, and Cargaroo reviews the route, package and delivery time before accepting the booking and confirming the final price. Card checkout through Square opens after that; contact us if your business needs invoicing. Save your private booking link to check the status.
