Industrial pickups go smoothly when the courier knows where to go and who to ask for:
- Full address and unit number, plus the door, dock or shipping office to use
- Receiving hours at both ends and an on-site contact’s phone number
- Package count, packed dimensions and weight for each item
- When the shipment will be ready and the recipient’s deadline
- Any order or reference number the receiver will ask for
Heavy or awkwardly shaped pieces are priced instantly too: Extra Large adds $24 per package, each item over 50 lb adds $18, and anything over 100 lb gets a two-person crew, which adds the delivery rate again ($60 minimum). A single item over 200 lb can’t be booked. Fragile or high-value items must be declared when you book (see the FAQ below).

Set Up a Regular Run From Brampton

It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.
Can you move parts between Brampton and suppliers in Mississauga or Vaughan the same day?
Yes. All three cities are covered, so a cross-city pickup and drop-off is booked like any other delivery. Whether it can happen the same day depends on courier availability and the route, and the window is confirmed when you book. For an urgent part, call first to check rush availability.
Can a Brampton pickup go to downtown Toronto the same day?
Yes, subject to the route and courier availability. Brampton to Toronto is a standard cross-city booking, priced on the actual driving route. Can I send fragile or high-value items from a Brampton plant or warehouse?
Declare them when you book. Fragile or high-value items may require special handling, which has to be agreed before pickup, so describe the item, how it’s packed and its dimensions and weight. Liability for loss or damage is subject to Cargaroo’s service terms and limitations, and hazardous or prohibited goods are not accepted.
How can I check that my Brampton pickup and drop-off are covered?
