A Courier in Markham for Tech, Retail and Online Orders
Markham’s business map is spread out. Head offices and tech companies line Highway 404, Highway 7 and Woodbine Avenue; online sellers and wholesalers work from units near Steeles Avenue and Denison Street; Unionville and Markham Village have their own main-street shops. A delivery might be a short hop across Markham Centre or a run down the 404 to the 401.
Cargaroo can carry a single box, an envelope of documents or several customer orders with extra stops. Standard same-day service runs within business hours, subject to availability; you can also request express or scheduled delivery. The delivery window is confirmed for every booking.
- Same-day runs within Markham and to Scarborough, North York, Richmond Hill and other covered cities
- Extra stops on one booking for multi-drop order runs
- An itemized estimate in Canadian dollars, with HST shown separately when it applies

Markham Courier FAQs
View All FAQsDo I have to pay $5 for every package, even if I have 10?
It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.
Do you offer same-day courier service across Markham?
Yes. A pickup and drop-off anywhere in Markham, or between Markham and another covered city, can go same-day when the route and a courier are available. Standard same-day runs within business hours; ask for express when the deadline is tighter. Price it in the instant price tool, and we confirm the delivery window for your booking.
Can a Markham business book an evening or weekend delivery?
You can request either. We’re open Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM–10:00 PM ET, so an online seller can ask for a Saturday drop-off or an office for a pickup after work. Whether it can be done depends on the route and the courier schedule, and the time isn’t guaranteed until we confirm the delivery window. To request a specific date and time, choose Scheduled Delivery when you book.
Can online sellers in Markham send several customer orders in one run?
Yes. Add each customer’s address as an extra stop on one delivery. Each extra stop is priced by the driving distance from the previous stop, from $5 for one up to 5 km away, and stops anywhere in Ontario are priced automatically on routes up to 500 km. If you ship most days, request a business quote for a recurring route instead.
How is a Markham to Scarborough delivery priced?
Like any route between covered cities, it’s priced on the actual driving distance plus your package size and weight, the delivery speed and any extra stops or handling charges. The instant price tool lists those charges in Canadian dollars, with HST on a separate line when it applies. No account is needed, and Cargaroo confirms the final amount before you pay.
Do you offer anything for regular Markham business routes?
Yes. Recurring, multi-stop and dedicated routes are reviewed through our business quote form, and we respond within a couple of hours. New recurring business clients may also qualify for their first 3 deliveries free, each a standard local delivery of 10 km or less of driving; eligibility must be confirmed before booking, add-ons and surcharges are charged separately, and the offer ends December 31, 2026.
