View All FAQsDo I have to pay $5 for every package, even if I have 10?
It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.
Can I send several cartons from a Vaughan warehouse on one booking?
Yes, if they share the same size and weight. Enter the number of packages and the weight per package in the instant price tool, and it works out the total weight. Large covers cartons up to 66 lb and 90 × 60 × 60 cm; anything heavier or bigger is Extra Large (+$24 per package, up to 200 lb per item) and is priced instantly too. If your cartons differ, list each item’s dimensions and weight in the delivery notes; the final price is confirmed before you pay.
Can you deliver a bid or tender package from Vaughan before it closes?
Bid and tender packages are documents we carry, but a closing time on its own isn’t a confirmed delivery window. Before you book, tell us when the package will be ready, where it’s going and when it has to arrive. We’ll check the route and courier availability, including whether express is possible, and confirm the window before you pay.
How do I check on a Vaughan delivery after I book it?
When you submit a request you get a booking reference and a private booking link. Save the link and keep it private; it lets you check the booking status at any time. We keep you updated from pickup to drop-off and confirm when the delivery is completed. For anything urgent, call (647) 948-4093 between 6 AM and 10 PM ET.
Is Thornhill covered on both the Vaughan and Markham sides?
Yes. Thornhill straddles Yonge Street, with the Vaughan side to the west and the Markham side to the east, and both cities are in our coverage. Kleinburg, Maple, Woodbridge and Concord are part of Vaughan too. Being inside the coverage area doesn’t by itself confirm courier availability, so enter the full addresses in the area checker to check your route.
