It depends on the distance, not on how many packages you have. Packages going from the same pickup to the same drop-off count as one delivery, and the first 22 lb in total are included (then $0.20 per lb). Every extra stop uses the same price list, measured from the stop before it: up to 5 km away is $5, and 5.1–10 km away is $10. For example, a drop-off 4 km away is $5, and a second stop 7 km past it adds $10, for $15 in total. Prices are before HST; enter every address in the calculator to see your exact total.

Have complete pickup and drop-off addresses, sender and recipient contact details, package count, packed dimensions and weight ready. After Cargaroo accepts your delivery request and confirms the price. No payment is taken when you send the request: we review your route, package and timing first, and the secure card form opens once your booking is accepted. Card checkout uses Square. Standard same-day service is for delivery within business hours, subject to availability. Express requests faster, direct-priority delivery, subject to courier availability, and adds 40% to the delivery rate ($10 minimum). Scheduled delivery lets you choose a future pickup date and time. Share when your item is ready and the recipient's deadline; Cargaroo confirms the delivery window and any express charge before booking. Contact the courier team for a time-critical request.

By driving distance first: same-day delivery is $5 for up to 5 km, $10 for 5.1–10 km, $25 for 10.1–25 km, $38 for 25.1–40 km and $55 for 40.1–60 km, and longer routes in Ontario, up to 500 km, add $18 per extra 10 km or part of it. That includes one pickup, one drop-off and the first 22 lb. Add-ons from our rate card apply only when needed: each extra stop is priced at the same distance rates for the drive from the previous stop, rush / express +40% ($10 min.), pickups before 8 AM or from 6 PM +35% ($20 min.), weekends and Ontario statutory holidays +25% ($15 min.), and size or weight fees for larger loads. Prices are in CAD, before HST. The calculator itemizes your total, and Cargaroo confirms the final price before you pay. Regular business clients save 5% at 5–9 deliveries a month, 10% at 10–24 and 15% at 25–49 (50+: custom pricing with a business quote), applied on the monthly invoice for approved accounts, not in the calculator.

Cargaroo is open Monday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-10:00 PM Eastern Time. Request your preferred date and time using Scheduled Delivery in the booking form. Pickups before 8 AM or from 6 PM, on weekends and on Ontario statutory holidays carry a surcharge, shown in your price breakdown. A requested time is not guaranteed until confirmed; evening and weekend availability depends on your route and the courier schedule.

We serve Toronto, including North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke, plus Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga and Brampton.
