Questions
E-commerce delivery FAQs
Can you do a daily multi-stop run for our orders?
Yes. Send us the day’s orders and we plan them into one run. Each extra stop is priced by its distance from the stop before it, and regular runs are set up through a business quote.
Can we get one monthly invoice?
Yes, approved accounts get one consolidated monthly invoice. Monthly volume discounts go on that invoice: 5–9 deliveries a month save 5%, 10–24 save 10%, 25–49 save 15%, and 50+ get custom pricing.
Can you pick up customer returns?
Yes. A return is just another delivery: book it online from your customer back to you, or add it to your daily run.
