Questions
Florist delivery FAQs
Can you deliver within a set time window?
Yes. Add the window when you book, for example a morning or before-6-PM delivery. Same-day and scheduled windows depend on the route and driver availability, and we confirm the window for each booking.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is there to sign, we call the recipient, then you. We don’t leave a delivery without a signature unless you or the recipient tell us to. Any re-delivery, return or additional charges must be confirmed for your booking.
Can you do a daily run for our shop?
Yes. Recurring daily or weekly runs with several stops are set up through a business quote, with one consolidated monthly invoice for approved accounts.
